One way is probably to use the career change manual thing. I have a dude called Walt Sidney , lvl 4 hacker, lvl 5 hardware engineer among things. Once i've boosted his hacker to 5 i'll turn him into an engineer again.
I just watched the video for this game over on Kotaku. Now I must have / play it. When I get off work today I'll fire up my Mac Mini, plug in my iPod Touch, and spend $4 on this title. I've been following the game industry closely for over a decade. This title looks like its right up my alley.
