Ah, looking at the Max help file, CAT has a function to capture animation from any other rig in Max. See if DAZ exports to FBX or another Max-compatible import format, then capture from that onto your CAT rig.…
I'll take a look at that, I'm not the guy who's looking for the upgrade, so I need to ask if they have access to MB. But yeah, FBX kinda solves 90% of the issues.
if it doesnt work, maybe try to get it into motionbuilder? i think one can retarget any rig onto a biped there and then export a .bip for use in max...
Depends on what formats DAZ exports to. And if you can convert that into the specific formats that CAT and Biped support.
