No. UE4 uses compeltly new packaing system that is more friednly for versioning systems. Each assets is now individually packed.

Could someone tell me, that If I were to learn this tutorial from Eat3D about the particle system in UDK, that I could do the same in Unreal Engine 4? Or would the particle system just strictly apply to UDK? http://eat3d.com/advanced_vfx1

Has Unreal Engine 4 the same Grid like UDK3 with power of 2 or metric system/personal Grid setups?

They tried a dynamic lighting system, the one the used wasn't flexible enough. With UE4, they are targeting all platforms from mobile to nextgen.

What you want. There is no native system like FaceFx. So you could use morph target yeah. Personally it's a question I'm still working on.
