   Good point. I thought of it more of a remake of the 1990 one rather than a retelling of the original story. Never occurred to me that it was supposed to be a deep story. Just thought they're trying to cash in on the remake bandwagon.

   There were some nice, fun nods to the 1990 movie (without being obnoxious in-your-face). Visually the movie was pretty fantastic; I especially enjoyed the look of the Colony. Lots of action set pieces, pretty fun ride. It however managed to be even less cerebral than the Arnie movie. Which is a bit sad, when you think…
