Well A looks better but it still needs a lot of work. When syncing try not to match every single syllable or else you'll get machine gun lips like you do now. Also, the mouth shapes are very floaty going from shape to shape without pausing. I would hit some syllables and let it glide past others. Also, a little thing but…
