I need some critique about my work.

Its my first time i'm doing on a lip sync animation for my school assignments.
Mostly I'll be focusing on modeling only.

Well A looks better but it still needs a lot of work. When syncing try not to match every single syllable or else you'll get machine gun lips like you do now. Also, the mouth shapes are very floaty going from shape to shape without pausing. I would hit some syllables and let it glide past others.

Also, a little thing but offset the eye blinks by one frame, both eyes blinking at the same time looks weird and robotic
