The object must exist in unreal. As you can see in the video, the step one is getting the object's data in unreal. So I can handle that data later in 3ds.
Thanks Vincent, I had no idea how to do that ^^ The objects you place will be an instance of the source object. I have never used the foliage system, but if the actor has Location and Rotation, the tool can handle it.
