Ya so back to the hair card thing... I'm going to give both approaches a shot all uniquely painted cards with les alpha res, and fewer unique hair cards with higher res alpha. Both have plusses and both have minuses. I would like to see which one straight up looks the best. I have 1K texture space budgeted for them so they… -

This has turned out great! Only one tiny critique though, the skateboard is to thick. Thin it out a bit and it will be great! -

Bag looks good, i like the clean style of all your folds. Can't wait to see the hair. One thing, im not a big fan of the tshirt. The rolled up long sleeves in the concept give him a bit of an aggresive look. And the collar of the vest made gave his body alot more shape. Right now the shoulders are really just flowing… -

Might just be me, but the neck feels a little weird at the back. Other than that, I think my eyes melted. The shoes look phenomenal. -
