I am trying to do a matinee movie with UDK to try to show off a scene, but at :02 to :07 on wall to the right shadows are scrolling, and at :20 - :24 on the roofs and at :38 - :40 on the rock wall. So... triple post, lol I switched the render from direct X 9 to direct X 11 and the issue totally dissappeared. So calling this solved or at least worked around.
Here is why I do with the 4 extra directional lighting http://www.chrisalbeluhn.com/UT3_Basic_Lighting_Tutorial.html The light seems better looking this way than changing the environment color, But if you say don't do it that way, I will respect your statement. But, didn't change the problem at all.
