I am trying to do a matinee movie with UDK to try to show off a scene, but at :02 to :07 on wall to the right shadows are scrolling, and at :20 - :24 on the roofs and at :38 - :40 on the rock wall.
I have a dominate directional light that rotates and 4 directional lights set to keep the shadows less dark.

The light seems better looking this way than changing the environment color, But if you say don't do it that way, I will respect your statement.
But, didn't change the problem at all.
I switched the render from direct X 9 to direct X 11 and the issue totally dissappeared. So calling this solved or at least worked around.
That's for UT 3, the engine didn't have lightmass back then.
