Make sure you download the latest mzp. Make sure it didn't get renamed to .rar or .zip, it has to be .mzp. Make sure you have the latest dotnet runtimes. I've never seen this error before and nobody seems to have had it for the past year and a half. You can always do a manual install if you want, just extract all the files… -
