Yeah I'm down with creating cycles but I've had a hard time presenting them. The run and walk are both cycles, they're done on 20 and 36… -

Added the shot breakdown list and an about tab. I'm a little unsure of what you'd right in the about section but I wrote a small bio and a picture so people would have a face to remember me by.
