   It's wireless 'bit-torrented'. It uses multiple broadcast and received stations according to the Patent that 'distribute' or share network loading. The Patent is here: http://www.faqs.org/patents/app/20090067402#ixzz1RIkj8tzY

   It doesn't sound like it involves breaking any physical laws, but rather, working around them. Some kind of distributed technology.
