well if you have a tileable mesh (bricks or whatnot), use GoZ and bring those into max and project that onto the plane for a normal map, AO and heightmap. if you've got a tileable mesh already then no need to use zbrush for the map making process. tho if you are still so inclined to use that process.. take a look at this…
