Down 4kilo from 89.9 to 89.5 Monday I ran 3k in 19.53 beating my PB of 20.04 today however, I had heard that interval running (jogging at a low speed with short bursts of fast running) is better for cardio training so I set the treadmill to interval to see how I'd do.
