Could be the power supply. Either it doesn't have enough wattage or its starting to die. Try unplugging anything unnecessary, other hard drives, DVD drive etc... and see if that changes anything. RMA the 460 I had this happen to my first 460. All is good now. They ran me through a number of steps for uninstalling/reinstalling the drivers, but when I confirmed that didn't happen, that puppy had to go. It's not your fault... just keep telling yourself that.
