You need to cut your object up to uv map as has already been said. It uses hard edges to do that, but as well as that, you can mark edges. In the resegment Uvmap(mid mouse button), in the new window that opens with the object, you select edges then right click and "mark edges for cut", to undo "unmark edges" the ones…
