Hotfix 3 doesn't fix issues with HQ rendering, only Viewport 2.0. Some people have had better luck rolling back to a previous driver and using HQ mode then, although I don't know if this will then mess up functionality with viewport 2.0... -

Roll back does resolve most of the problems, however it isn't an effective long term solution. -

Alright, thanks for the update everyone. Obviously this is a widespread issue. I submitted an error report to Nvidia, hopefully they'll look into it. I'm definitely going to check this out, I am on '11, thanks. -

Yeah im running GTX 275 and my housemate is running a GT8800 and we both had the same issue since installing the newest update. So yeah seems like its across all the cards at the moment and its down to the newest patch. -

I have the EXACT same problem, thanks so much for this info i've been living without HQ for AGES. My card is a GT 480. I even installed the HUGE 2011 Service pack 1 and it didn't do squat.
