I think some of your colors are bleeding into the other parts. Try masking the high poly model with different, bright colors and then bake that down to a diffuse mask. This will help mask things out more accuratly then by doing it by hand.
the crack stuff looks a lot better now! i think you're a *little* heavy handed with it though, may want to pull that back some around the rim of the blue bit :) can see in some of these- with yours i think you could do some masking of the areas back, or fade it out a little smoother, and maybe lighten the diffuse slightly…
you're missing some dust and grime in the crevices, seams, and creases on the front. In the areas where blue meets metal, you could kill some specular and put some dirt in there to really pop and liven it up some. A great way to do this would be to use a high detailed height map, and only sample the darks. Select those…
Very nice. I do agree with the purple looking a little strange, maybe darkening/saturating it a bit more where it starts to meet the raised details and metal border? Also, that spec on the purple is looking way awesome, and I'd love to see some of that brought in to the diffuse with something subtle to bring it out a bit…
