   Overall, looks like a lot of good stuff! I also agree about axing the lip sync and the walk cycle. Definitely weaker pieces. My general advice for your animations are... I think everything needs to be pushed more. I found that with most of the animations, they all seemed a little too soft. I don't think the problem is that…

   I'm by no means an animator, so I don't know what this is worth, but I enjoyed it pretty much every piece on the reel. Nothing really stood out as wrong or off putting. However I do agree about the lip sync and the walk cycle, as those seemed to be the weakest segments.
