How clean is the power going to the powersupply? Also don't see powersupply mentioned, was it a reuse as well? What you listed sounds like a huge power draw.
I had a power supply shoot spark out the back of it. Plenty of blown capacitors and smoking motherboard components. Nothing so bad there were flames though. So you had water cooling yet you were still hitting 93C on load. Something wasn't right. What thermal paste did you use on the heat sink?
