Neox: It's looking great. What was the decision to not do a mohawk though? Here is something I'm working on. It's an orc inspired by Paul Bonner's style. I was just going for the character design at first but then I tried matching the painting style as well for the textures. It's still a WIP but critique is welcome!
I took my old axe I made for Torchlight and "ported" it to match my wood sword. now with green Orc blood. I just started on a rickety wood shield made of fence posts. It won't stop an axe, but it might block a wood sword :P shield is just started so its super wip, just thought I'd post up the trio because they're fun.

Thats a great shock, Looks sick and its really nicely detailed! I also agree with Maze though, The head isn't very far off of the neck, and his horns will get in the way when he tries to turn his head.
