Last year , I set my goal of going up to Light-heavy weight. I missed it by 10-13 lbs, but the goal got me back into the gym and in shape. So, in that, I consider it somewhat of a success. This year... 1 vacation every month. First Stop this January.. Peru
Highest on my list is to stop smoking. So far so good thanks to the magic of toothpicks and gum. Part II is to loose that freshman 15 (or 50) and get back into shape. Oddly enough, having clean lungs helps you breathe better. Whodathunkit So far so good!
