@raiskul: thanks for the good feedback. I'll see if I can tighten up the animations based on your ideas. I did noticed some of the topology was deforming strangely. I still have a lot to learn about modeling for animation.

The animations are looking good you could try making them a little less stiff looking though, the hand should be more relaxed in the walk anim. Also, the poly, where the shoulder meets the chest, is triangulated in the wrong direction, it's caisung that area to deform weird. Another problem area is the bottom of the shirt…
