   The tutorial Stjoris mentioned is probably this one: http://www.itchstudios.com/psg/art_tut.htm It's a very good tutorial to start with, I suggest reading through it, and practicing it all. I notice it's been updated with some new pictures, too.

   Not bad, agree with the centralness, but that's not the main issue imo. Tone down that saturation man! :) It's all over the place, use it subtly. Your toning is pretty inconsistent too.
