Those look custom to me, either a script he wrote or found. It kind of bothers me when people use a customized UI in video tutorials. If they are going to do tutorials their UI should be reset to default unless they are going to use some of the custom bits, then they should be explained. While its kind of nice to see… -
new to 3ds max, interface question.
I was watching gnomon tutorial and this guy has some pretty neat shortcut on the left side of his interface. The on with colors, materials, 100% 50% 25% render buttons and etc. Are those shortcuts available from max itself? ah that is it, thank you Romi. I agree Vig there are actually tons other stuff he was using in the tutorial at super fast speed that aren't readily available in max. He did mention what scripts those are, but I can't even find half of them to download :/ I don't see the scripts anywhere on the DVD, I guess they're not…
