   http://cg-academy.com/dvds_menu_3dsmax.php CG Acadamy have a bunch of rigging DVDs by Paul Neale, who is very good by all accounts. Also, tried the Max Help, or Max Tutorials that come with the program? They usually deal fairly well with all the major points.

   www.3dquakers.com Get RiggingPro for 3ds max (there is a SoftImage version as well). It shits gold and cupcakes.
