3DS Max Rigging Tutorials?

First I want to give a huge thank you to the folks that suggested that I use the Skin Modifier. It was a life saver on this project. so far superior than Physique and a lot easier once one gets the basic work flow down. Marvellous tool.

Now with this project drawing to a close, the next project may allow us to use custom rigs and skeletons inside the engine.

So what resources are there for learning and constructing animation rigs in Max? Also are there any tools , buttons or utilities that allow one to copy key frames, or sequences within a scene, or across scenes in Max that is robust?

Free or commercial, a book or Video tutorials, let me know if there are any decent ones out there Scott

P.S. I couldn't really wrap my head around rigging in Maya before falling asleep, just like in Math class, but I have to learn this, just so I can avoid having to use Biped any more.
