Only comment I have is that in the first pic, you had the little penguin with normal flippers sitting on the guys shoulder, then later decided to add another set of flippers. i liked that hard edge on the chest of the penguin concept, the model came out a little less stylized and more "plushy". either way, the whole idea and excecution thus far is amazing. keep rockin
diggin it...i agree with nelis, it has a bit of a windwaker feel. Kinda OCD but his left forarm, the one with the hook, is muscular...why? That part of the arm's muscles is for wrist and finger movement...which he is lacking. I get the whole character flow. just sayin. just something to chew on. click on this link:…

I can't wait to see it in 3d now. The details on Jonas's hook and the bumpy skin on the Whale are my favorite parts. The whale looks so gangsta, I can see the ruthless Kratosness resemblance. Btw, did the Whale chomp his poor legs?
Very cool concepts, the way you shaded them reminds me of the sprites from guilty gear x. also, that whale has a lot of character for a whale, which is very awesome.
