   Great work, but I agree you shouldn't paint lighting in the diffuse if there is a normal map. -Neil

   why do you have a normals map if you're painting all your lighting in your diffuse?

   Wow, looking very nice. I think once you build up the diffuse texture it's gonna look great. Make sure to add tone variations in his skin; like around his ears and under his nose could use some pinkish-red. Try to give some of the color in his clothes a little saturation, too? Not sure about that. Play around with his…
