With all the reference you could have gotten for this, there's no reason this shouldn't look atleast a little like MegaMan. I have to stick up for my favourite video game character of all time here, hehe. Start over, get some good references. I wasn't a big fan of the Joan of Arc tutorial. I got better information from… -

You should probably go through some of the xsi tutorials over at www.edharriss.com and www.xsibase.com to familiarize yourself with xsi's tool set. -

It's a total mess. You need to start over and pay attention to where you put your edges (edges that don't define anything are a waste). And make the model more than a few primitive shapes slapped together. Grab a basic modeling tutorial and work through it before you continue.
