1. Grow/Shrink selection not workin in maya?

   My gro/shrink selection stopped workin in maya all of the sudden.. It doesnt matter if im in face, vert or edge mode or wether i try to access the tool with the shortcut keyes <> or form the edit polygons menu. Also when tryin to use it from the edit polygons menu nothin shows up in the script editor.. Its like i never…

   i remember this happened in maya 4 to me on a regular basis with the contiguous-edges stuff and the (MJ?) polytools grow/shrink scripts. the solution was to reset the custom polygon display properties, if i recall right. or dang, something had to be resetted, can't really remember what it was exactly.
