While I don't think that R* should be held responsible, I can't help but think that R* knew what they were doing when they released this game with the "unused" code for the sex mini-game. I think they were looking for additional free publicity for an already controversial game. -

It's just a legal issue. In the US, an M rating means you "should" be 17 to play, just like an R movie is 17 years old. Yet in the US you're not allowed to buy pornography until you are 18 years old. i don't think a women will be president of the united states for a long while - society isn't ready imho. the ESRB has an AO rating (adult only) which is the equivilant of R/NC-17. developers and publishers do not want to have their game with this rating due to a large hit in sales (WAL*MART will not sale adult only games)… -
