Wow, I had seen this movie listed at IMDB ages ago, but never really looked into it because there really was no info on it at that time. This looks like it's going to be a really good one. Definently has that Tim Burton flare to it. -

Ruz - is it a remake, or a re-imagining? Not remaking the Gene Wilder film, re-adapting the original children's book Corpse Bride looks fun, and has taken me by surprise. How busy are Tim Burton and Jonny Depp these days? -

Ruz - is it a remake, or a re-imagining? Either way , remakes never capture the feeling of the original. I think there is a bit of a dependency on the past. Whats wrong with the future? JonMurphy's right, the film is suppose to be more like the book... its not a remake of the older film (which is great as well). Maybe its just me, but I like wierd movies and this one looks like it'll make me happy. -

remakes stink. perhaps they should try and make up their own stories and not steal ideas from yesterday.
