Looks like you've got the basics of ZBrush down. In the meantime, I'd focus on anatomy, it looks like you're missing a lot structure, particularly in the face. I think you need to take a step back, knock down the sub divisions and focus on silhouette. Check out 'The Planes of the Face' to help breakdown facial structure.
