If ransomware or similarly nasty viruses start being embedded in images, I'd say that'd be cause for concern. AI images often already have tons of extra data included (comfyUI embeds the entire node graph in its output images for example).
Oh by approval I meant that about AI being used to turn back time to better times as indicated by that image they modified before she went postal. And certainly she wasn't always happy, she has some serious problems but the image does indicate a time when everyone was in a far better situation than the horror she caused.…
i guess the fallacy is already in calling current gen image generators "AI". they are image generators much like chat gpt is a text generator. they can not understand because they do not think, but they are really good, no great at pretending and guessing the statistically most plausible answer.
And, mEtA announcing proudly that they are already training their stuff on anything that is posted "publicly" - full-on attempting the usual heist of "if it's posted on the pUbLiC iNtErNeT, then it's free to use". https://petapixel.com/2024/05/14/meta-is-using-your-instagram-photos-to-train-its-amazing-ai-image-generator/…

Then you're simply falling victim to the illusion of the minds eye, similarly to how AI prompters are certain than the images they summon represents "tHeIr ImAgInAtIoN". And regardless - the second someone uses an image generator that…
Looks like this Daz3d AI is just an image generator . One more. For cool looking pictures you would do what? Screenshot based "Find a thing" phone game ? Are they still profitable?Midjourney can at least generates something interesting looking sometimes and this one would do indistinguishably same clones.
All this means is work that's claimed to be straight out of ChatGPT, Midjourney, or StableDiffusion have no copyright protections. Those 1,000 AI generated image reference packs have no copyright protections. If a book claimed to use only AI generated images, you could use the images and text in isolation, but the…
Some art.. indeed lacks some craftmanship.. but still someone may find it appealing.. up to the scribblings of someones own children.. ..so also some "pieces of a.." may find someone who want to pay for it.. So the special use of AI in generating images increases the occurence of "general art products" which was…
