1 is garbage 2 or 3 are ok 4 is like 3 but harder to pack - so just do 3 I'd choose 3 but I wouldn't reject 2 if someone handed it to me for review

Depends. 2, 3 and 4 are the only usable ones you've posted. You Could even make 2 contiguous by welding those bevels together post-initial unwrap, but those three are fine as is.
