Hello everyone, i hope all of you are doing good ! Please accept my apologies if my english sounds a little weird, it's not my first language. I am a new user in Substance Painter and Marmoset Toolbag, and i'm learning to make UDIM textures files. So i watched several youtube tutorials, and try to make some tests, before…
Toolbag does not have native support for UDIMs. A workaround is to apply a unique material for every UDIM tile you have, and then load the corresponding texture maps for each UDIM.
For my main modeling project (the one i show is a test) I think to paint accross tiles inside one unique material in Substance Painter, then export the textures, and then add the materials in Maya. Is it a good workflow ? Note : It would be very great if the devs of Marmoset think to add UDIM tile's supports features.
