i think what Oglu meant when asking if it's an "inhouse test" was if you are already in the studio and it's just a test to transfer to a different department / team. -

@oglu Its an in house position. But id be new to the studio. So is the test just a buffer or ? -

If you are in the studio its more a test if you fit in the team. How you react to feedback and so on. -

You'd be expected to do this in a day. Like, you have 4 hours to do all the sculpting, then send your finished sculpt. And then 4 hours after that for texturing, lighting, etc... But that's just speculation based on the art tests I've seen. On a side note, the art test I did to get my current job 6 yers ago was a 1 hour… -

@popol Any tips about it. As far as them giving you a week but only need you to work 8 hours on it. Did you only do 8. -

For an 8 hour test you could be asked to sculpt a head from a basemesh and texture it. That's kind of a standard test in the industry. -
