There is this really good tool to make characters fast called Daz 3D. It has an asset store full of beautiful models, props, poses, clothing and all. If you're just looking to just buy and download models for stuff like this just go make Source Engine films...There are plenty of talented modelers and animators that are in that space for NSFW stuff and on the relevant forums I'm sure they are willing to offer guidance in any area. Daz studio has available some characters with anime style, but they might not be of your liking. There are also very good custom models, heavily tweaked and modified. just reiterating what others are saying really, but there is no easy road unless you are comfortable making heavy compromise on quality and vision. I have a tip, but it's going to be a really challenging and rocky road, but it'll reward you at the end. Become a 3D character artist by studying anatomy [a lot of anatomy], retopology, UVs, baking and texturing (+ rigging and skinning as a bonus to get some nice posing going on).
