Hi All, I want to create a static mesh in Blender for my environment in UE4 with real metrics applied. What I mean is I want a piece of modular wall to be 2m long in game. I found information that 1UU = 1cm and this works correctly. I mean when I export as FBX a piece of wall with length 200 cm it has 200UU in UE4 although…
Hi, I am using 4.22.1 UE4 version. What I have noticed is that I was using monitor with resolution 3840x2160. When I switched UE4 GUI to 1920x1080 it works fine. Shouldn't it work the same way no matter the res of screen is?
This is probably something to do with the dpi scaling setting of the editor. Go to the editor settings and search for this, and see if you can fix it by tweaking the settings.
I tried to find it and there is a DPI under User Interface. Tried different setup but no result so I will have to read more about. I am leaving it for now since the real scale is ok.
