@Lurcisia Thank you! I used some coding, VEX and Python, but not very much. Most of time I worked with nodes. I didn't follow a tutorial, but one tutorial that it helps me a lot on this (at the begining) was "Game Asset Creation with Houdini", available on Udemy.
Amazing work!! I'm very interested in procedurally generating buildings in Houdini and was quite curious about your work flow. Was this node based or was there lots of coding involved? Did you come up with this yourself or did you follow a tutorial, I'd love to know! :) Keep up the great stuff!
@siver I checked your project and It looks awesome! You used more VEX than me and you have more variation of the shapes' buildings, I want to try something like this in future :) I think Houdini it's a very good software and maybe we will see more and more people using it. I agree that is too clean, the project it took me so long (I have been learning Houdini during this project) that I didn't want to spend more time on garbage for now. But I have hope that I will continue the project in the future and maybe to put the debris procedural on…
