I'd move your demo reel to a seperate sections and have a very simple front page. Take Clinton Crumplers site for example: http://www.clintoncrumpler.com/ As soon as they open your website they should be able to see all your work and who you are. FIrst don't use Wix. I did the same mistake starting out. It can be slow on loading for certain computers and wastes the reviewers time. All the images or compressed and visually modified.
