I seem to be having an issue with a set of textures in Unreal. In Unreal Engine, the texture comes in looking really odd and deformed, while inside of Maya and Substance Painter, it looks the way it should. Triangulate your mesh before exporting the fbx and use the same fbx for the substance and unreal import. Looks like you exported a quad mesh and they triangulated them differently.
