Well all I've learned so far has been on my own, the problem to me has always been the lack of a structure in the sense that I would see a tutorial that I like and I'll got for it.
I want to achieve a triple A quality on both assets and environments aside of that I need more tutorials on environments because when I attempt to make mine I get stuck on the texturing part of the process.
I myself have not taken any CGMA courses but I am fans of quite a few of their instructors, some of which have produced tutorials in other venues if you want to check them out.
