I encountered a client here in the forums who was only willing to pay $500 USD for 200+ unique/custom styled professionally authored in game animations and APEX cloth support for 2 characters. He is claiming that a professional artist/animator has agreed to do the work. Curious if there are any skilled professionals here… -

$500 is about 20-25 hours of work. That gives you 6 minutes per animation. Basically you deliver him 200 animations made in 6 - 7 minutes each. That's what he's paying for essentially. You get what you pay for. -

Clueless people like this is common, it's not their fault, however they should be doing their research before attempting to hire us, because they end up looking silly. I agree. I can understand if they don't want to give out their personal email, but a company email if you're trying to hire someone... That's just basic stuff. Also being able to go further into what you actually want/need when someone asks.
