I think you have a good start! A general note overall, the title cards at the beginning and end can be cut way shorter. They only need to be one second long each. The recruiter can hit the pause button and check your info so don't worry about displaying it for a long time. The first shot is good, the timing could be more… -

Nice stuff. I would look at the spacing for the feet on the walk cycle, it seems to come forward abruptly and then rapidly slow down. -

Nice stuff dude! Overall, I feel like the weight is a little soft. Everything feels a little light and disconnected. But I think you have some great ideas and I love the last piece! nice! -

I think Lisa could do with a little more movement in the knees on the walk loop with staff. as it is her knees are pretty locked in the same direction and makes her look kinda bow-legged. similar for the run loop, it's less of an issue there, but for a feminine look her knees could be little closer toward…
