Animation Reel 2017 - Welp, it's that time of year again

Whew, it's nice to see progress in my work while building this year's reel. Time to get this demo out there. Any critiques are much appreciated. Thanks in advanced! ^_^

Nice stuff man. I think Lisa could do with a little more movement in the knees on the walk loop with staff. as it is her knees are pretty locked in the same direction and makes her look kinda bow-legged. similar for the run loop, it's less of an issue there, but for a feminine look her knees could be little closer toward the center than out.

Nice stuff. I would look at the spacing for the feet on the walk cycle, it seems to come forward abruptly and then rapidly slow down.

Nice stuff dude! Overall, I feel like the weight is a little soft. Everything feels a little light and disconnected. But I think you have some great ideas and I love the last piece! nice!

I think you have a good start! A general note overall, the title cards at the beginning and end can be cut way shorter. They only need to be one second long each. The recruiter can hit the pause button and check your info so don't worry about displaying it for a long time.

The first shot is good, the timing could be more dynamic. There are also some key poses you could strengthen, especially if you're going to hold them.

Second shot- I'm not entirely sure what she's doing. Is she holding a compass or just walking around?

Third shot- I don't watch anime, but the two finger ninja run thing is a little cliche. That being said this could be made more dynamic and appealing.

The last shot is your strongest. The lighting is washing things out. There are a few spots that could use some love. If you want to upload specific pieces I'd love to give more detailed feedback.

Left some notes on the first shot. Hopefully it makes sense, it's getting late. It has potential you just need to push the posing and timing and you'll be in a good spot.
