Red9 has some great animation mirroring tools. http://red9-consultancy.blogspot.com/search/label/Mirror Basically they have a mirror setup tool that adds attributes to your control objects, linking the left to the right side and marking the center joints. Then you can use their tools to mirror animations and poses.
