Teeth are too small. You have 2x as many teeth in the mouth as the concept. Needs more polygon loops in certain areas like the ankle cuff in the pants to get a nice thin crease. I suggest going into sculpt mode and adding wrinkles to the pants.
Hi Polycount, I frequently browse around looking at all of the amazing art people come up with and I'd like to get into it myself. I've attempted a few things in the past but never completed a model, always coming up on a hitch. I think it's time I see one through until the end. I found a piece of art that I really liked…

I'd make them a little more organic/cloth like.
So I changed the shoulders and I attempted rigging and posing. The rig wasn't very good, I'll need to learn how to rig properly as you can see in the hands and tail. I'm happy with this project considering it's my first model. Next up I'd like to push it a little further with more detail. I also need to work on my hands in…
Did some more work. Added a different color for pant cuffs. I'm not sold on it, though. Added folds in pants. Added some details to the jacket as well as tassels to the shoulders. I need to finish the wrist, still. Reduced number of teeth. Thinking of dropping the gun for this model, just the cane and the character.
Thanks for the feedback. I've never sculpted but now is as good a time as any to learn. Honestly, I didn't even think about number of teeth being a factor. I'll have to pay more attention to details.
Just messing around with a few things. Added a bit of color and changed the shape of the face to be more square. The cane is very simple so that doesn't need much explaining. The pistol is still underway.
